It’s the last day of March and so today I will be sharing my last weight-loss update of the month!
Weigh-in’s
March 1: 240lbs.
March 7: 237lbs.
March 14: 233lbs.
March 21: 231lbs.
March 28: 229lbs.
I reached my goal of losing 10 pounds in March! I am so excited and proud of myself! I did it without any intense restriction in my diet. I just balanced my meals to stick within calories and macro nutrients most of the time! I’d say I tracked my food every 5 out of 7 days a week this month.
I have already noticed some nice changes after losing 10 pounds. I went for a walk at the park with my daughters the other day. It was chilly so I put on my coat and when I went to zip it up I felt less bulky in general. I could tell there was more room than before. That was a nice feeling! My jeans are also fitting much nicer than before.
This weekend, I enjoyed my 10 pound weight loss reward. I treated myself to a spa pedicure! I’d like to continue to reward myself for every 10 pounds lost.
Tomorrow begins a new month, and with a new month comes new goals! I will be sharing more about my April goals in my next post. See you then!
